Step - 01
Schedule a Tour
We invite all prospective families to schedule a tour of our Montessori environment. This visit allows parents to see our classrooms in action, meet our educators, and learn more about our philosophy and teaching methods.
Step - 02
Meet with Our Educators
During the tour or a scheduled consultation, you will have the opportunity to speak with our educators about your child’s developmental needs, learning style, and any specific expectations you have for their early education.
Step - 03
Submit an Application
Once you’ve decided that Amber Meadows Montessori is the right fit for your child, you can submit an admission application along with the required documents. These typically include:

✅ Child’s birth certificate
✅ Immunization records
✅ Emergency contact information
Step - 04
Child Visit & Classroom Observation
Before finalizing admission, we schedule a short visit for your child to interact with the classroom environment. This helps us assess their readiness and ensures a smooth transition into the Montessori setting. During this visit, your child will have the opportunity to explore Montessori materials, interact with teachers, and experience the classroom setting firsthand. This step helps ensure a smooth transition and allows us to tailor our approach to your child’s individual needs.
Step - 05
Enrollment Confirmation & Orientation
Upon acceptance, you will receive an official enrollment confirmation along with a welcome packet containing important details about the school calendar, daily schedule, and policies. Parents are encouraged to attend an orientation session to familiarize themselves with our routines and expectations.
Step - 06
First Day & Transition Support
Starting a new school can be exciting yet overwhelming for young children. We offer a gentle transition approach to help them adjust comfortably. Our teachers work closely with both parents and children to make the first days a positive experience.
